The Connecticut Sun are a professional basketball team in Uncasville, Connecticut. The franchise began in 2000 as the Orlando Miracle before attendance problems and lack of ownership interest in Orlando forced the team to relocate, in which they would move to Connecticut and changed the name to "Sun".
